SHAKTI is a focused leadership development program designed to help organisations build a talent pool of women leaders. The program aims to develop critical skills essential for women leaders to be future-ready, achieve success, and advance in their careers. While specifically tailored for women leaders, it also benefits senior leaders and C-Suite professionals who mentor women leaders. The SHAKTI program aims to upskill women leaders in early and mid-career stages. It focuses on developing a strong and diverse leadership pool with adequate representation of women, preparing them for C-Suite and top-level leadership positions.

Program Duration: 40 hours
Modes: Hybrid (online and physical immersion)

Pedagogy: Interactive online live lectures, experience sharing by industry professionals, case studies and scenarios, group discussions and presentations, individual and group assignments, Capstone project.

Leverage Strengths: Gain visibility, choose a faster track to growth

Prepare a comprehensive plan to leverage your strengths and plug gaps or barriers to your career growth. Gain good visibility in the organization (This module is delivered in a hands-on workshop mode)

Engage Seamlessly: Navigate social environment with ease and confidence

Focus on building strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Understand collaboration and competition dynamics

How we delivered for Government of Uttarakhand

32 Emerging Women Leaders | Duration: 16 Weeks

WILL Education, in collaboration with UPES, successfully designed and executed a 16-week Women Leadership Program for five state-run power companies in Uttarakhand. This customized initiative, running from September to January, combined immersive in-person sessions with live online learning, equipping participants with strategic leadership skills, business acumen, and personal development insights.

With expert-led sessions and a blended learning approach, the program fostered leadership potential while addressing sector-specific challenges. By curating a bespoke learning journey, WILL Education enabled participants to build confidence, expand their professional network, and drive meaningful impact within their organizations. WILL Education, in collaboration with UPES, successfully designed and executed a 16-week Women Leadership Program for five state-run power companies in Uttarakhand.
