He has 39 years of rich and varied experience with Global technology companies/Indian industrial conglomerates, as well as leading B-Schools in India.
He served at C-Suite/APAC & Country head levels in Lucent AT&T, Alcatel Lucent, Tellabs, Fujitsu and Reliance Jio.
Post his 33 years of career with industry (Telecom/Electronics/R&D Software), he began his academic career with Indian School of Business (Hyderabad) as a Director-Digital Learning and led ISB Digital campus initiative.
After a 3-year stint with ISB (Hyderabad), he worked with FORE School of Management (New Delhi) for two years, as a Professor of Practice (OB & HRM), Chair-Executive Education and Head-Centre for Digital Innovation.
Honours and Achievements:
He has trained thousands of top/senior and mid level executives/officers of Govt. of India, PSUs and Indian industrial conglomerates.
He regularly speaks at NASSCOM, CII, ASSOCHAM, PHDCCI and other industry forums.
