  • Program Kick off, Introductions, Guest lecture from a renowned women leader and understanding Program Goals
  • Leadership in the age of AI. Successfully navigating complexity, fluidity, and turbulence for a sustained competitive advantage and helping your organization to gain market power.
  • Know your strengths, improvement areas and blind spots. Identify barriers to growth and converting your potential into strong performance that adds superior business value
  • Prepare a comprehensive plan to leverage your strengths and plug gaps or barriers to your career growth. Gain good visibility in the organization (This module is delivered in a hands-on workshop mode)
  • Focus on building strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Understand collaboration and competition dynamics
  • Understand complexities at workplace (Digital Immigrants-Digital Natives issues, Gender and Diversity challenges etc.). Craft strategies to leverage organizational complexities and build high performance teams
